Evelyn – English middle-class, mid-50s
Faith – Evelyn’s daughter, mid 20s
Eva – Evelyn’s younger self, Jewish German ages from 9 years to 17 years during the course of the play
Helga – German Jewish, Eva’s birth mother, early 30s in the 1930s
Lil – Eva/Evelyn’s foster mother, 80s
The Rat Catcher [Also plays Nazi Border Official, English Evacuee Organiser, Postman, Station Guard]
To be considered for a role in this production you MUST be able to commit to attending rehearsals on Tuesday evenings 7 – 9pm and Sunday Afternoons 3 – 5pm from mid-October through to mid-February and be available for ALL rehearsals and performances w/c Monday 12th February 2018 [Spring half-term].

ACTion members are actively encouraged to get involved with all aspects of productions, not just the acting roles. If you are cast, you will also be required to contribute a little time to helping with behind-the-scenes jobs.
Age Guide: adults and young people aged 11 years+
Chaperones: we need people 18 years+ willing to register with Lincolnshire County Council and train as Chaperones to look after the young people involved in our shows; this volunteer role is subject to a satisfactory DBS [Enhanced] check and an online training module. The production will not go ahead unless we have a minimum of 2 chaperones available to cover the technical and dress rehearsals and the three performances.
If you are a new, or former member, wishing to re-join ACTion, and would like to be considered for a role, please note that you will be expected to pay both the annual membership fee and production fee within a week of casting taking place.
